  • Analyze technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions, tools, and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate software components.


  • Project Management:
  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and priorities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle change requests and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging .NET technologies and trends.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Drive automation and DevOps practices to improve deployment pipelines.


Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams of software engineers.
