Job Description:The Security Operations Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of cybersecurity operations, ensuring exceptional service quality and driving performance through data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.Oversee day-to-day cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains, ensuring seamless delivery and adhering to SLAs, contractual deliverables, and service quality targets consistently.Collaborate with technology leads and factory model teams across SOC/SIEM, Email Security, IAM, Cloud, and Network Security to drive operational excellence.Manage specialized tools and platforms such as Azure Sentinel, Flare, Cybel Angel, Qualys, Anomali, and MDO to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.Conduct daily stand-ups to maintain operational control, visibility, and alignment, driving service improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing recommendations based on best practices and operational insights to drive business growth and success.Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and change requests within defined scope and timelines, analyzing operational metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.Ensure timely and accurate reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) aligned with contractual terms and governance standards, handling escalations effectively and supporting scope changes.Manage team availability, shift rosters, and performance dashboards, guiding delivery teams to align with customer expectations and drive business outcomes.Required Skills and Qualifications:12+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or delivery role.Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery principles.Ability to interpret operational data and drive performance through effective storytelling and communication skills.Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP.Gravitas and influencing skills to engage internal stakeholders and clients effectively, driving business outcomes and growth.Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains; deep technical expertise not required, but strong analytical and problem-solving skills essential.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.Benefits:Opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies and innovative solutions in cybersecurity operations.Collaborative and dynamic work environment with experienced professionals in the field.Chance to develop and grow your career in a rapidly evolving industry, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.Competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.Others:Work Location: Mumbai & Bengaluru
