Academic Support Specialist RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Academic Support Specialist to join our education team remotely. As part of this role, you will be responsible for assessing student assignments in line with Level 5 and Level 7 academic standards.You will provide clear, constructive, and supportive written feedback on student submissions.Ongoing academic support is crucial in this position, proactively checking in with students to monitor progress and address concerns.Maintain accurate records of student marks, progress, feedback, and interactions.The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured, and supportive academic feedback, strong organisational skills, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.This role offers the opportunity to enhance the overall student learning experience by working collaboratively with the wider education team.To be successful in this position, you must manage your workload efficiently to ensure timely turnaround for marking and student communication.Additionally, you will issue CPD certificates to eligible students.Required Skills and QualificationsThe following skills and qualifications are required for this role:Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured, and supportive academic feedback.Strong organisational skills.Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
