As an expert in monitoring, logging, and alerting across systems, you will be responsible for owning and scaling our observability platform.Develop and maintain the Grafana platform, including deployment, upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimizationImplement and manage OpenTelemetry and collector pipelines for efficient data ingestionConfigure data source connections for Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, CloudWatch, etc., to provide clear visualizationsTransform raw telemetry into meaningful insights through customized Grafana dashboardsSet up and optimize Alertmanager for incident detection and reduction of alert fatigueCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable monitoring, logging, and alerting across systemsParticipate in incident response, perform recovery steps, and conduct post-incident analysisRequired Skills and Qualifications:3-6 years of experience in observability engineeringHands-on expertise with Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, and OpenTelemetryProficiency in Python, Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHubSolid understanding of distributed systems, observability stacks, and time-series data
