The ideal candidate will have expertise in privacy, AI, and IP issues.Negotiate Contracts: Own the contract lifecycle – draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements, NDAs, teaming arrangements, etc.Drive Deals to Close: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Implementation teams to accelerate revenue while protecting company interests.Identify Risks: Spot and solve – identify commercial and legal risks early and propose practical, business-friendly mitigations.Counsel Internal Teams: Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and intellectual property issues across multiple jurisdictions.Simplify Complex Issues: Translate complex legal positions into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyers.Stay Ahead: Track legal trends in tech, AI, and data regulation; brief leadership on emerging risk areas.Develop Processes: Build scalable processes – develop templates, playbooks, and deal trackers that streamline operations.Be Strategic: Contribute to strategic initiatives that shape how the organization does business globally.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a qualified law degree with 5+ years of PQE experience in a tech or fast-growth environment.
