Mentor and guide junior strategists and team members. Track performance and effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization. What You’ll Bring: 5–8 years of experience in strategic planning, creative strategy, or brand strategy (preferably in advertising, digital, or content agencies). Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insighting, and communication frameworks. Ability to translate complex business challenges into simple, inspiring creative directions. Passion for creativity, culture, and storytelling across mediums — digital, social, film, and beyond. Confident communicator and persuasive presenter. A curious mind always exploring new ideas, trends, and technologies shaping consumer behavior.
