Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Data Science Trainer to deliver interactive and hands-on training to individuals or professionals in the field of data science. The trainer will be responsible for providing training on data analysis, machine learning, data visualization , and related tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and deliver training sessions on key Data Science concepts such as statistics, machine learning, deep learning, data wrangling , and data visualization .
Conduct sessions on popular data science tools and libraries such as Python, R, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow , and Keras .
Provide practical training in using data manipulation and exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques.
Help trainees build and deploy machine learning models.
Prepare real-world projects and hands-on assignments to facilitate practical learning.
Teach data visualization using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau , or ggplot2 .
Ensure that participants grasp key concepts of supervised, unsupervised , and reinforcement learning .
Mentor trainees through capstone projects and real-time case studies and provide guidance for industry-based challenges .
Provide knowledge on data preprocessing , model evaluation , and hyperparameter tuning .
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Data Science domain and incorporate them into the training material.
Prepare participants for Data Science certifications and interviews.
Assess trainee progress and provide continuous feedback and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
3+ years of professional experience in data science , machine learning , and related fields.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R .
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms , data mining techniques , and statistical analysis .
Hands-on experience with data manipulation and data wrangling using libraries like Pandas and NumPy .
Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch , or similar tools.
Experience with SQL and working with databases.
Knowledge of big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark , or NoSQL databases is a plus.
Prior experience in delivering training in a classroom, virtual, or corporate setting .
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
Ability to guide participants through real-time projects and hands-on activities.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics , or a related field (preferred).
Certification in data science , machine learning , or related fields is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like Keras , TensorFlow , or PyTorch .
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau , or Qlik .
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure , or Google Cloud for deploying machine learning models.
Exposure to NLP (natural language processing) and computer vision applications.
