We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong Graphic Design skills to join our Mangalore team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in designing SaaS platforms, building design systems, and creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences for web and mobile applications.Build and maintain design systems, UI components, style guides, and pattern libraries.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs.Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.Apply user-centered design principles; conduct usability reviews and suggest improvements.Support the marketing team with graphic design deliverables such as posters, social media creatives, brochures, and brand assets.Ensure design consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and brand alignment across all platforms.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, interaction patterns, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS product design.A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile interface designs.Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.Strong understanding of design systems, user flows, interaction design, and component-based design.Solid graphic design skills (posters, marketing creatives, digital assets).Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and branding.Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React components) is a plus. What We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experience.Collaborative and growth-focused work environment at our Mangalore office.Opportunity to shape the design language of a fast-growing travel-tech platform.Exposure to SaaS design, consumer-facing product design, and large-scale UI/UX challenges.Opportunity to work on impactful projects across product design + brand design.
