Drive the Digital transformation initiatives and work on Plant IT/OT analytics.Managing a team of Data Analyst, Data Engineers and Data Scientists.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with businesses and executives to propose, develop, implement, test, and evaluate digital and data-based analysis and solutionsDevelop predictive algorithms that analyse data and recommend data-driven solutionsDrive data-driven decision-making by gathering, analysing, and disseminating business insightsDevelop research and analytical methods for forecasting, modelling, and optimizing operationsConduct data mining, predictive analytics, and ad hoc analysis using R, Python, SQL, Qlik, and other business intelligence softwareProvide ongoing mentorship and coaching to data science team & maintain the company’s data science capabilities by regularly having sessions with the business on possibilitiesBe conversant with AI technologies for use internally -- for example, conversational AI systems, AI-driven robots, other autonomous machinesAbility to manage a team of Data Scientist, Data Engineers and DevelopersAdept in machine learning, statistical analysis, approaches for solving business problems such as classification, clustering, regression, statistical inference, anomaly detection, collaborative filtering, natural language processing, experimental design and social networking analysisWork on disruptive technologies such AI, IOT, blockchain, VR/AR etc and harness its potential for enabling businesses to meet their objectives either on cost or revenue sideRequired Skills :Experience in business processes and business analytics domainExperience in using statistical/ data science computer languages (Python & R) & basic SQL - very good programmable skillsKnowledge of ML techniques, Deep learning & AI/ Gen AI alogrithims (CART, ANN, NLP, GNN etc)Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques & its applicationHaving worked on various Data Science tool – Datasphere/ MS Azure or Amazon SagemakerExposure to AI, Automation & IOT/Plant IT/OT will be an added advantageWorked in a similar role/profileInterested peoples can share their resumes to stk3@sanmargroup.com
