Now expanding in Bangalore with onsite office at Indiranagar, Over 5 years of experience, we specialize in sourcing investment properties and facilitating high-value transactions. Our mission is to make real estate investing simple, accessible, and transparent by leveraging technology and providing comprehensive financial analysis. We prioritize building strong relationships with our clients and offer end-to-end services to ensure hassle-free property investments.


Responsibilities:
  • Make cold calls to potential clients and generate leads.
  • Engage with C-level executives and build strong relationships.
  • Stay updated on the Bangalore real estate market trends.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of Saxena Associates.
  • Achieve sales targets and close deals efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive real estate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation.
  • Mentor junior sales team members.


Requirements:
  • 4-5+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak confidently with high-level executives.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
