Senior Civil Infrastructure Manager

Job Title: Senior Electrical EngineerJob Description:Plan and execute all civil works related to solar power plant infrastructure, including grading, excavation, foundation, roads, stormwater, cable trenches, and buildings.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site execution teams for timely and cost-effective project delivery.Oversee complete civil scope of solar projects including site development, foundations, inverter/control rooms, drainage, fencing, cable trenching, and internal roads.Monitor civil works progress and quality/schedule deviations, including roadways and access tracks. Monitor PV array installation (structure, modules, wiring, string combiner boxes).Lead and manage the site civil engineering team, ensuring that all members are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated to complete their tasks.Ensure effective site management practices to promote collaboration, clear communication, and a positive team environment.Oversee the day-to-day civil engineering activities, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction works.Coordinate with other project managers, engineers (electrical, mechanical, environmental), subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of civil works with other project components.Act as the primary point of contact for all civil engineering-related matters on-site.Supervise the construction and installation of civil works, including foundations, access roads, drainage systems, and other infrastructure for solar projects.Ensure all construction work adheres to engineering designs, specifications, and safety standards.Monitor the quality of construction materials, methods, and workmanship through site inspections, audits, and testing.Oversee quality control and quality assurance activities, ensuring that civil engineering works meet the highest standards and comply with approved designs.Prepare and present progress reports, status updates, and performance analysis to the project management team and key stakeholders.Oversee the procurement and delivery of civil construction materials, ensuring their timely availability and quality.Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring the civil engineering aspects of the project stay within scope and budget.Implement corrective actions when necessary to address quality issues or non-compliance with specifications.Lead and guide civil execution teams at various project sites.Approve and monitor contractor performance, site progress, and cost control.Ensure work is done as per drawings, BOQ, standards, and client specifications.Review and approve measurement sheets, billing documents, and site reports.Participate in tendering, estimation, and technical proposal support as needed.Handle technical issues, risk mitigation, and help resolve site challenges quickly.Required Skills and Qualifications:Highly experienced senior electrical engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and solar power plant infrastructure.Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.Strong technical knowledge of solar power systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site execution teams for timely and cost-effective project delivery.Experience with project management software and tools.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resumes and cover letters to the designated email address.
