Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in mortgage processing?About the PositionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team in supporting Australian Mortgage Broking firm's loan processing, monitoring, and administrative tasks.This position offers exposure to an Australian work culture and the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, respond to loan enquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve issues efficiently.Coordinate loan files, manage workflow, prepare loan documents, review file accuracy, manage data, maintain filing systems, monitor application progress, and follow up with lenders, conveyancers, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders.Analyse information and administration by performing thorough analysis and verification of client financial documentation, assess customer documents against policy standards, research lender requirements, manage compliance, prepare FHOG applications, and produce accurate reporting.File and data management involve organising, updating, and maintaining secure digital files in line with confidentiality and firm procedures.Requirements and SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or Master of Business Administration, or related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a loan processor, servicing the Australian market.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apply Online, Quickly, Sales Trecker 2.0 is highly regarded and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).Attention to Detail: Strong attention to accuracy and detail, especially in document preparation and data entry.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
