Job Title: Sr Manager - Solution Architect, AIEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: BengaluruExperience: 10 - 12 yearsSalary: Upto 30 LPARole overviewThe ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with pre-sales and architectingexpertise in cloud application modernization (AWS, GCP or Azure) and programmingskills in Java or Python. You will be responsible for assessing a customer's currentapplication portfolio, defining the modernization roadmap, and architecting thefuture-state solutions. This role requires a unique blend of strategic foresight, deeptechnical knowledge, and the leadership skills to guide a team throughtransformation projects.Key Responsibilities:● Provide leadership related to cloud transformation specifically in ApplicationModernization, API Integration by leveraging AI and PaaS solutions in publiccloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).● Architectural Design: Design and document target-state architectures formodernized applications, leveraging microservices, containerization (Docker,Kubernetes), serverless computing, and event-driven patterns.● Hands-On Prototyping: Actively participate in building Proofs-of-Concept(PoCs) and foundational components of the new architecture to validatedesign decisions and mitigate technical risks.● Continuously evaluate and recommend new integration technologies,platforms (iPaaS, ESB), and tools to enhance integration capabilities andperformance.● Partner with Google Cloud Technical Solution Architects to define the technicalexecution plan during pre-sales and implementation stages.● Lead workload and opportunity review meetings with sales and technicalteams, and provide insight into how to achieve a technical agreement andmigration strategy, working directly with our customers, partners, andprospects.● Work cross-functionally to resolve technical roadblocks, constraints andproduct challenges affecting customer satisfaction.● Lead a fast-paced team of cloud pre-sales and deployment engineers.● Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, PoCs, and solutiondemonstrations. Engage directly with prospects regarding architecturediscussions and best practices.● Travel on-need basis to customer locations within South or West of India forarchitecture workshops or PoCs during pre-sales phaseRequired Skills:● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ora related field.● 10 yrs Experience in cloud or software engineering in PaaS, SaaS at anenterprise technology company, or similar customer facing experience.● 5+ years Experience in software development and architecture. A minimum of4 years in a dedicated technical or solution architect role, focused onapplication and data integration.● 5+ years Experience in People management of a technical team includingleadership engagement and team development.● 5+ Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders andexecutive leaders.● Ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences, engagingexecutive-level stakeholders in business and technology transformation.● Cloud Application Deployment: Hands-on experience designing anddeploying applications on a public cloud platform (AWS, GCP). Expertise withserverless computing (Lambda, Functions, Elastic Beanstalk, AppFlow,AppRunner, Fargate, CloudRun, App Engine, Firebase), containerization(Docker, Kubernetes).● Programming: Expert-level proficiency coding skills in Java (includingframeworks like Spring Boot) or Python (including frameworks likeDjango/Flask).● Integration Technologies: Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and messagingsystems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.).● API Management & Security: Proven experience with API Gateways (e.g.,Apigee, AWS API Gateway) and implementing security standards like OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.● Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.● A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively incross-functional teams.Nice-to-Have:● Knowledge or Basic Experience with big data and machine learningframeworks, LLM Models.● Proficiency with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB,DynamoDB) databases.
