About the BusinessTata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.Tata Electronics is a subsidiary of the Tata group. The Tata Group operates in more than 100 countries across six continents, with the mission 'To improve the quality of life of the communities we serve globally, through long term stakeholder value creation based on leadership with Trust.’We are seeking a seasoned Construction Program Management leader to drive one of the largest high-tech industrial infrastructure projects in India. The role will be heavily focused on semiconductor facility construction, with a lighter yet critical responsibility on advanced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Process) systems to support operations and long-term reliability. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional integration and coordination skills, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple stakeholders and contractors. A strong focus on safety, uncompromising attention to quality, and the ability to orchestrate complex work streams will be essential to deliver scope on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end leadership for planning, execution, and delivery of projects for the team.Oversee project governance, cost, schedule, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.Lead engagement with contractors, design consultants, and global partners for on-time, quality-driven execution.Maintain strong focus on safety, compliance, and sustainability across all construction activities.Work with Org Leader in defining scope of work and managing specific projects as appropriate.Standardization of processes within the organizationEnable strategic alignment and drive overall efficiency.Facilitate communication, fostering collaboration, ensuring close loop on risks, issues and dependencies.Solve interdependence and be ahead on upcoming project execution deliverables, working through vendors and key stakeholders.Risk managementEnable change management, and traction and resolution to change requests.Collaborate and collate work progress across other functions, create dashboards to bring management visibility for decision making.Qualifications10-12 years of experience in large-scale industrial program management, ideally in semiconductor, electronics, refinery, petrochemical, or high-tech manufacturing projects.Demonstrated success in leading greenfield megaprojects with high complexity.Strong knowledge of construction program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence would be a plus.Familiarity with Construction Domains, processes and requirements.Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, MS Office Apps, Primavera etc.,Engineering degree/diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.PMP or similar certificationsSkills and ExceptionsHighly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving, communication, Interpersonal skills, and Analytical Thinking.Ability to manoeuvre through complexities and has proven skills in complexity reduction.Proven track record of driving organizational process improvements.Is willing to work from onsite at Dholera.Continuous improvement mindset.Ability to lead teams with or without authority, and is able to motivate people to deliver.Work Location: Dholera
