The ideal candidate will ensure patient satisfaction and well-being throughout their healthcare journey.Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to check treatment progress, address concerns, and provide support as part of their Traya journey.Take ownership of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) defined by your manager, which will include targets for the number of call attempts made and the number of completed consultation calls each day.Follow established communication and script guidelines during all customer interactions, ensuring a consistent, high-empathy experience and meeting service and quality standards.Conduct detailed consultations to gather patient history and accurately diagnose illnesses.Prescribe medications and recommend treatments based on homeopathic principles and established lines of treatment.Develop and implement personalized care plans to address individual patient needs.Provide follow-up care, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices, emphasizing proper nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes.Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to quality care.Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-ups in the system.Escalate complex cases to dermatologists or specialists as required for further evaluation.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have a BAMS degree from a recognized institution and valid medical registration/license if applicable.BenefitsWe offer a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that makes a positive impact on people's lives.OthersApply now to take the first step towards a rewarding career in Ayurvedic medicine.
