Lead Unreal ArtistThis is a senior role that requires someone who can lead projects, collaborate across disciplines and deliver world-class interactive experiences.Key Responsibilities:Develop high-quality interactive applications and real-time experiences in Unreal Engine.Ensure creative vision, performance and deadlines are met by leading project development from concept to final delivery.Import, integrate and manage assets from 3ds Max, CAD and Revit into Unreal workflows.Collaborate with designers, artists and developers to create immersive and visually compelling environments.Troubleshoot, debug and optimize performance across various hardware and platforms.Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.Stay current with industry trends and tools, integrating them into production workflows.Document pipelines, technical processes and workflows.Primary Skills:Extensive experience in Unreal Engine (blueprints, materials, lighting, level design).Ability to create and optimize real-time projects.Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Hands-on experience with 3ds Max, CAD and Revit for asset creation and integration.Secondary Skills:Understanding of architectural visualization workflows.Familiarity with Maya or other 3D content creation tools.Knowledge of rendering, shading and PBR material workflows.Experience with Blueprint scripting in Unreal.Qualifications:10+ years of professional industry experience.5+ years dedicated to Unreal Engine development.Portfolio showcasing completed Unreal projects.Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
