Job Title: Senior Financial Operations SpecialistAbout the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling the revenue and cost accounting of a Singapore entity on a monthly basis. This includes collaborating with internal team members to reconcile revenue-related transactions, verifying school contracts to work on school cost provisions, preparing debtors' ageing files and publishing them with business leaders/LOBs, reconciling and accounting of bank receipts and payment gateway transactions, working on intercompany reconciliations and balance confirmations among group entities, verifying and processing refunds of participants, and providing assistance to team members during statutory audits, due diligence, and internal audits.ResponsibilitiesManage and control the revenue and cost accounting of the Singapore entity on a monthly basis.Collaborate with various internal team members to reconcile revenue-related transactions.Verify school contracts to work on school cost provisions.Prepare debtors' ageing file and publish it with various business leaders/LOBs.Reconciliation and accounting of bank receipts and payment gateway transactions.Work on intercompany reconciliations and balance confirmations among all group entities.Verify and process refunds of participants.Provide assistance to team members during statutory audits, due diligence, and internal audits.RequirementsWe are looking for an Inter CA or MBA holder with 5+ years of experience in financial operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent working skills in MS Excel, knowledge of ERP environment (specifically SAP and Salesforce), and ability to work under pressure with changing deadlines and responsibilities.
