Creative Director of Visual Storytelling

We are seeking a seasoned Motion & Post-Production Lead to spearhead motion design, CGI, and post-production within our global creative production hub.Key responsibilities include:Oversee the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline from storyboard to final delivery.Promote excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Creative & Technical Expertise:Be hands-on in motion graphics, VFX, CGI, and color workflows using industry-standard tools.Direct and review designer work to maintain studio's creative benchmark.Introduce new motion design techniques, animation trends, and post-production workflows to enhance storytelling.Process Optimization & Quality Governance:Establish best practices and workflow templates for motion and post projects.Define rendering, file-management, and QC standards to ensure delivery consistency.Partner with automation and technology teams to identify automation or AI-assisted opportunities.Talent Development & Capability Growth:Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of motion designers, compositors, colorists, and editors.Drive internal training on new software, motion trends, and cinematic design principles.Foster a strong creative feedback culture — balancing mentorship with performance accountability.Collaboration & Integration:Work closely with regional teams to align motion output with campaign needs and market nuances.Collaborate with Digital, Print, and Automation teams to ensure seamless integration of motion assets.Engage in new business pitches and creative development discussions, providing technical insight and creative elevation.
