Senior AI Model ArchitectMain ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Model Architect to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of advanced AI models that power our innovative telephony and voice agent solutions.Your Key Tasks:Design and develop cutting-edge AI models using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and clinical, to ensure seamless integration and effective deploymentDevelop and implement data-driven improvements to enhance the accuracy and reliability of our AI-powered solutionsMentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organizationStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs, RAG, conversational AI frameworks, and NHS-specific complianceWork closely with QA to define and execute rigorous test plans to validate model accuracy and performanceRequirementsProven expertise in prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and voice-agent/dialogue-system designAdvanced proficiency in Python, NestJS, and Next.js/ReactFamiliarity with Azure services, containerization, and relational databasesStrong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and RESTful/GraphQL APIsDomain interest in healthcare technology and patient-centric designExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive, team-oriented mindset and drive to mentor peersAbout the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation in healthcare.
