Senior Collections Manager PositionThis is a high-profile role within our organization, focusing on collections strategy development and execution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a deep understanding of soft and hard collection workflows.We are looking for an experienced professional who can define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our VeriLoan Collection module—a centralized collections and debt management solution designed for retail, SME, and corporate banking portfolios. This role ensures that the product empowers financial institutions to manage delinquency, automate collection strategies, improve recovery rates, enhance compliance, and reduce operational cost.The Senior Collections Manager position is responsible for functional depth, regulatory alignment, commercial positioning, and long-term success of the VeriLoan Collection product suite. The main responsibilities include communicating the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for VeriLoan Collection, following up on main product improvements, owning and prioritizing the product backlog, converting business requirements into actionable user stories, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.To succeed in this role, you will need to have 10+ years of experience in product ownership, collections systems, credit risk, debt management, or financial software platforms. You should also possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, decision engines, and integration patterns. In addition, you should have a solid understanding of soft & hard collection workflows, tele calling, field visits, stat card, restructuring processes, repossession, skip tracing, and legal collections.The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodology, planning, execution, ceremonies, etc. Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, such as consumer rights, AML, data privacy, write-off rules, restructuring standards, is also highly valued.
