Job Description:The Cybersecurity Operations Delivery Manager oversees the day-to-day delivery of cybersecurity operations, ensuring exceptional service quality and performance through data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.Lead cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to SLAs, contractual deliverables, and service quality targets.Collaborate with technology leads and teams to manage specialized tools and platforms, conduct daily stand-ups for operational control and visibility, and drive service improvement initiatives.Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing recommendations based on best practices and operational insights, and handle escalations effectively while managing team availability and performance dashboards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee cybersecurity operations and ensure timely and accurate reporting aligned with contractual terms and governance standards.Manage incidents, problems, and change requests within defined scope and timelines, and translate operational metrics and KPIs into actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.Ensure compliance with audit and governance frameworks, and support scope changes while guiding delivery teams to align with customer expectations.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will require:At least 12 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with 3-5 years in a managerial or delivery role.A strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery, along with ability to interpret operational data and drive performance through storytelling.Gravitas and influencing skills to engage internal stakeholders and clients effectively, and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are preferred.Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Location:Mumbai & Bengaluru
