User Experience Lead

About the Role:Cybage is looking for an experienced UX Analyst to join our team and play a key role in crafting seamless, user-centered experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research, data analysis, and UX design principles, combined with a proven ability to turn insights into actionable solutions that enhance user satisfaction.As a UX Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess, analyze, and optimize user experiences for our digital platforms. Your expertise will guide data-driven decisions to improve usability, accessibility, and overall product performance.Key Responsibilities:- User Research & Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing, to understand user behavior and needs.- Data Analysis: Analyze user metrics, heatmaps, and other analytical tools to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.- UX Audit & Evaluation: Perform usability audits and heuristic evaluations to identify pain points and recommend solutions for improving the user journey.- Collaboration: A detailed driven and user goal driven contributor with a user-centric and solutions-driven mindset. Partner with clients, onsite relationship managers, business teams, product managers, the UX and development teams to integrate findings into design solutions and product roadmaps.- Wireframing & Prototyping: Translate insights into low- and high-fidelity wireframes or prototypes that align with user goals and business objectives.- Accessibility & Usability Standards: Ensure digital experiences adhere to accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and industry best practices across multiple form factors (such as desktop, tablets, and mobile devices)- UX Centered Design: Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, information architecture, and design. Stay current with UX trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance user experience processes.Follow the UX Lifecycle in conjunction with the stakeholders using one or more of the following tools: user flows, information architecture, sitemaps, wireframes, and mockups.- Stakeholder Communication: Present user research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner. Communicate concepts, visions, and UX approaches and guide stakeholders through the discovery process.- Culture: Contribute to defining an internal design culture by leading decisions with user-centered design thinking, especially in cross-functional team collaborations.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.- 6-10 years of experience in UX analysis, research, or design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your process and impact.- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar.- Strong understanding of UX research methods, usability testing, and data analysis techniques.- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into user-friendly solutions.- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Proactive time management in context to work, time, and expectations.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work on exciting, impactful projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.- Professional growth and skill development through training and mentorship.- A culture that values creativity, inclusivity, and work-life balance.
