Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Guidewire Claim Center Development (Configuration/Integration) Good-to-Have J2EE/C++ to understand code and write/Modify existing application Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Associate Certified in Guidewire Claim Center Configuration/Integration (Preferable to have ACE) 2 Experience in implementing Guidewire Claim Center for a Tier 1 Insurer in US. 3 A minimum of 2 full life cycle Guidewire Claim Center implementation 4 Good Knowledge in Web Services, Plugins, XML, Messaging, Batch 5 Should be aware of Designing and Modification of existing workflows, PCFs, GW Data Model. 6 Experience in preparing Test Plans, Reviewing Test Results 7 Hands on experience in either implementing a new Claim Center V10 in SaaS model or migrating an on-prem / self-managed Guidewire Claim Center implementation to SaaS model. 8 Experience in writing the Business Rules for the OOTB configuration and Integrations, Data Mapping, Reporting, Review, and support for User Acceptance Testing 9 Ability to work independently on production issues and troubleshooting of end-to-end solutions 10 Nice to have - Java and Spring-boot integration work experience.
