As an engineering manager, you'll set direction and long-term vision, partner with product, business, and other stakeholders, and lead the way for innovative solutions to complex domain problems.The team works on various products and platforms powering Flipkart. You will:Drive strategy and vision across teams in a rapidly evolving environmentWork closely with diverse stakeholders and provide scalable and quality technology solutionsFacilitate platform solutions that span beyond the team and across the ecosystemYou should have:A strong understanding of technology and architecture in highly scalable and available setups.A proven track record of delivering high-quality products, familiarity with multiple software development practices and tools.Strong partnership with product and business teams demonstrating effective collaboration and communication across stakeholders.Experience handling large data, workflows, and scheduling, building pluggable frameworks and systems, strong abstraction, and design skills.Tech stack: Java, Python, Scala, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Spark, Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Druid, MongoDB, Aerospike, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Node.js, React Native, ReactJS, Reactive Programming with Vert.x & Spring WebFlux, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes.
