We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team and help us turn data into actionable insights.

Job Summary:

As a Tableau Developer at Yantra Packs, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Tableau. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, transform data into meaningful visualizations, and ensure data integrity and performance. Your work will support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Important Note: This role requires expertise in Tableau. If you do not have substantial experience with Tableau, we kindly ask you not to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Reports and Dashboards: Create interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure accurate data representation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Optimization: Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
  • Training: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of Tableau solutions.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Tableau Developer.
  • Experience with data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar databases.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
  • Ability to create complex calculations, LOD expressions, and advanced chart types.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices in data visualization and BI reporting.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript) for embedding Tableau visualizations.
