Role:
This role is mainly focused on hands-on development and contribution across multiple Generative AI projects.

Responsibilities:

Hands-on development on a day-to-day basis
Should be able to develop complex applications, debug code and follow industry best practices
Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams, providing updates as you become more familiar with projects
Help develop and debug applications while following best practices
Engage with team processes like version control and software development workflows

Technical skills:

A) Languages :

Proficient in Python programming language
Expert in version control tools like git and well versed in git commands
Foundational knowledge of Linux commands, docker, ssh
Familiar with ReactJS, HTML and CSS

B) Generative AI:

OpenAI chat completion and assistant APIs, bedrock, Groq, Langchain, Lang Graph, Azure OpenAI
Prompt engineering

C) Cloud:

Exposure to cloud services is an added advantage

D) Development tools:

Experience with development environments like VS Code and Git
Basic understanding of remote development via SSH
Familiarity with tools like Django, flask, fast API, Swagger, and Postman
Working knowledge of Linux systems like Ubuntu

Projects:

Hands-on expertise in developing conversational AI agents
Should have worked on a good number of use cases
Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks like Langchain, Lang graph, CrewAI, Autogen
RAG-based Q&A bots on various file extensions and data types

Soft skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking
Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting quickly
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision as you gain experience
