Job Title: Director of DesignWe are seeking a strategic and highly accomplished leader to spearhead our creative vision for B2B SaaS product UX/UI initiatives and high-impact visual communications.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design strategy for B2B SaaS product experiences and enterprise-grade digital interfaces.Oversee the creation of high-quality visual communication assets including UI/UX, brand design, motion graphics, video content, and presentations.Build, scale, and maintain comprehensive design systems to support product and marketing design.Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define product vision, design direction, and creative standards.Review, critique, and elevate design work across teams while ensuring brand consistency and executional excellence.Mentor, develop, and guide a team of designers (junior to senior-level), fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.Present creative rationale and design decisions confidently to internal stakeholders, executive teams, and client partners.Role Requirements:8-10 years of professional design experience with a strong and diverse portfolio featuring SaaS UX/UI, visual design, brand design, and motion graphics.Minimum 3 years in a Director-level or equivalent senior leadership role within design.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and presentation design.Strong skills in video editing, animation, compositing, visual effects, and motion typography.Understanding of UI/UX motion principles; experience with Lottie/vector animations is a plus.Demonstrated experience designing and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise technology products.A portfolio that includes complex, end-to-end product design solutions and robust design systems.Familiarity with engineering workflows and modern design-to-development ecosystems.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to defend design decisions to executive and client stakeholders.
