We are looking for a skilled web developer to create high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.About this role:Work with designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.Monitor site performance and run regular audits.Measure conversion, traffic, bounce and more, and provide directional suggestions to the team.Create innovative interactive concepts using your observations and learning.Collaborate with content, design and product teams.Key Qualifications:3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow.Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.Experience with Figma.Understanding of SEO.Expertise in Google Analytics and social platform tracking.Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience working with automations and integrations.Responsibilities:Design and build web properties that meet business objectives.Implement web analytics and tracking systems.Analyze data to inform future design decisions.Requirements:Webflow development experience.Knowledge of web design principles.Understanding of SEO best practices.Expertise in Google Analytics.
