Graphic Design Specialist OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing designs that capture audiences and enhance brand identity.The key responsibilities of this role include:Logo DesignCreate memorable logos that align with the brand's vision and identity.Deliver multiple logo options and iterate based on feedback.Marketing CollateralsDesign brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and other printed materials.Maintain consistency with the brand guidelines across all designs.Digital BannersCreate web banners, social media graphics, and advertisements optimised for digital platforms.Adapt designs to different resolutions and formats as needed.Campaign SupportCollaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, and product launches.Ensure designs are aligned with the overall strategy and message.Brand IdentityMaintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all deliverables.Develop style guides and templates to streamline future design work.Additional responsibilities include preparing and optimising files for both digital and print production, staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and maintaining exceptional precision and commitment to quality in design execution.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience), and at least 0-3 years of experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) is required, with familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools being a plus.As a Graphic Design Specialist, you will be part of a creative and supportive work culture, with opportunities for growth in branding, strategy, and digital marketing.
