Summary of the Role We are a leading roll foundry supplying work rolls to major Hot Strip Mills, TMT Mills, and global steel plants. We are looking for a Business Analyst who can transform raw operational and sales data into clear insights, dashboards, and strategic decisions. This role directly supports top management and plays a critical part in making the company fully data-driven. Success in this role means enabling us to increase profit, improve efficiency, reduce waste, and make smarter business decisions based on data.You will not just create reports—you will influence key decisions and help shape the future growth of the company.ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Do (High-Impact Role)Analyze sales, margins, product and customer performanceBuild clear, visual dashboards (Google Sheets / Excel / Power BI / Tableau)Track production efficiency, lead times, rejections, scrap, and bottlenecksIdentify high-profit vs low-profit customers and productsForecast demand and support capacity planningMonitor cash flow, payment delays, receivables, inventory movementProvide strategic recommendations to management for growth and cost controlPresent insights in a clear, decision-focused format (not just data dumps)Additional ResponsibilitiesWork closely with leadership to understand business goalsStreamline data collection and reporting processesImprove visibility across sales, operations, production, and financeHelp build a culture of data-driven decision-makingChallenge existing processes and suggest smarter, more efficient approachesQualificationsYou Are a Great Fit If You:Think commercially and understand business logic, not just dataHave experience in manufacturing / B2B / supply chain / operations (preferred)Are strong in analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solvingCan turn raw data into clear insights and strategic recommendationsCommunicate confidently with leadership and stakeholdersAre proactive, curious, and eager to build systems from scratchSkillsAdvanced Google Sheets / Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Slicers, Automation)Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio (bonus but preferred)Strong knowledge of business metrics (profit, margin, cash flow, efficiency)Ability to design dashboards and reports that drive decisionsGood verbal and written communication skillsExperience2+ years in Business Analysis / Data Analytics / Operations AnalyticsExperience in manufacturing or industrial B2B environment is a major plusExperience presenting insights to senior managementEducation (Flexible)Degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, Economics, MBA, or similarCertifications in Data Analytics / Power BI / Business Analysis are a bonusThis role is critical to our growth.
