Senior Network EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our network team, you will be responsible for providing expert level support and guidance on the design, implementation, and maintenance of our global network infrastructure.You will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex network issues in Enterprise LAN/WAN environments.You will possess strong technical expertise in routing and switching technologies, including Cisco GSR routers and switches, Juniper MX series routers and switches, SDWAN – Silver Peak (Aruba/HP), Cisco Viptela, and Fortinet.You will have in-depth knowledge of MPLS, QoS, and VoIP protocols.In addition to your technical skills, you will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with global customers and carriers.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for incident management and ticket resolution.Develop and maintain MOP/SOP documents and change management processes.Perform performance tuning and optimization of network devices.Collaborate with telecommunications service providers to resolve escalated circuit problems.Plan and execute firmware upgrades.Mentor and train junior engineers.Serve as a subject matter expert and single point of contact for specific network products.Contribute to the development of weekly and monthly customer service review reports.
