Key Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers handling top-automotive brands Strategize, execute & optimize display and video campaigns end-to-end Audit, optimize & troubleshoot creatives/tags & deliver with precision Drive performance tracking through GA/campaign analytics Partner closely with Product, Sales & Business teams to deliver impactful campaigns across the funnel — awareness, consideration & conversion Desired Experience : Minimum 5+ years of experience in Ad Operations in a publisher-side/programmatic or similar role. Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign management and ability to interact directly with clients when required. Solid technical knowledge of ad unit creation, implementation, and troubleshooting. Proven expertise in auditing third-party creative tags and resolving related issues. Proficient in Google Analytics (GA) and familiar with key advertising performance metrics. Strong grasp of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies for display and video campaigns. He/she should be aware of how 1st party/2nd party data layering works. Understanding of the digital marketing funnel (top, middle, and bottom) and ability to strategize campaigns for awareness, consideration, and performance goals. Responsible for collaborating closely with Business and Sales teams to strategize, plan, and execute large or high-impact campaigns. Understand the importance of Audit in an organization & support internal/external audits.
