The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Other key responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, extending job offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also actively contribute to talent acquisition strategies and maintain a database of candidate information.QualificationsProficiency in recruitment practices, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition strategies.Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.Time management, conflict resolution, and organizational skills to manage multiple hiring projects effectively.Proven ability to use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools for screening and tracking candidates.Adaptability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges effectively.Familiarity with employment laws and best practices related to recruitment.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Experience in recruitment within the facilities management or similar industry is a plus.
