Emirati Arabic Expertise LeadThe linguistic lead is responsible for establishing and maintaining linguistic rules, guidelines, and quality frameworks for Emirati Arabic. This role involves defining annotation and evaluation standards while mentoring linguists.Ensure end-to-end linguistic quality and correctness for Emirati Arabic language assets.Develop comprehensive linguistic guidelines and standards for annotation and evaluation.Review complex linguistic cases, escalations, and edge-case exceptions to ensure consistency.Oversee Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) linguistic evaluations.Coordinate weekly calibrations and oversee quality stability to meet business objectives.Mentor linguists within the language team to develop their expertise.Support test set creation, adversarial case identification, and diagnostics to enhance language model performance.
