As a Strategic Application Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting enterprise architecture and application rationalization efforts using LeanIX.Key ResponsibilitiesLeanIX Data Governance: Populate and maintain accurate application data within LeanIX, including ownership, lifecycle, business capabilities, and technical attributes.Ensure completeness and consistency of metadata across the application portfolio.Application Optimization: Evaluate applications for business value (e.g., strategic alignment, user impact, cost efficiency).Assess technical value (e.g., scalability, integration readiness, security posture, supportability).Identify candidates for retirement, consolidation, or modernization.Technology Roadmapping & Future Planning: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies.Support decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data.Facilitate workshops and reviews to ensure alignment on application strategy and lifecycle decisions.Reporting & Insights: Generate dashboards and reports from LeanIX to support executive decision-making.Provide insights into portfolio health, redundancy, risk, and optimization opportunities.
