The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple financial processes efficiently in a dynamic environment.RequirementsKey Responsibilities Lead and manage the monthly book-closure process with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with internal business teams to ensure timely receipt and processing of vendor invoices. Collaborate with Sales/Program teams to generate revenue invoices and monitor collections. Support the Finance Controller/Head of Finance in preparing monthly MIS reports and other ad-hoc financial analyses. Manage working capital requirements and ensure efficient cash flow operations. Liaise with external consultants to ensure timely completion of all tax and statutory compliance activities. Oversee accounts consolidation and coordinate annual audit activities. Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance across related functions. Requirements CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using accounting platforms and financial tools. Exposure to international taxation and compliance is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
