Demonstrate excellence in Work Area. Proven fluency with Machine learning, Deep learning, Gen AI & Agentic AI.10-15 years of experience in Data, AI, Product, or Software Engineering is preferred, along with 5 years in a Start Up. Showcase a proven record of shipping MVPs or leading small engineering pods. Be part of 1 winning product with 100+ B2B customers.Hone your skills with at least 2 cloud Platforms & become completely proficient in 1 (any 2 of AWS, GCP, or Azure). Excel in Python (APIs, Data, Automation). Gain expertise in PyTorch or Tensorflow (at least 1) - Ability to Operationalize Open Source AI Tools.Broaden your horizons with System Design & Early Stage Product Build. Cultivate leadership skills by managing Small distributed freelancer pods. Familiarize yourself with Docker, Kubernetes & API-based Architecture.Enjoy flexible work arrangements, approximately 10 hours per week to start with.
