L&D Content & Media DesignerThose who share our core belief of 'Every Day is Game Day' We bring our best selves to work each day to realize our mission of enriching the world through the power of digital commerce and financial services.ROLE PURPOSECreate engaging learning content through videos, visuals, and curated materials to enhance employee learning experiences.THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH.Develop high-quality learning content including videos, presentations, infographics & microlearning modules with quick turnaround times.Curate relevant external and internal learning resources to complement training programs.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and produce instructional materials.Apply basic design principles to create visually appealing learning assets.Manage multimedia projects from concept to final output ensuring final delivery.Stay updated with trends in learning technologies, multimedia tools and instructional design.WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLEExperience & Portfolio4-6 years experience in content creation, multimedia production, instructional design, or related fields.Prior experience in learning and developmentknowledge of Learning Management System (LMS)Technical Skills & EfficiencyProficiency in video editing tools(Eg : Adobe Premier Pro, Aftereffects etc.)Proficiency in graphic design tools(Eg: Adobe Illustrator, Canva etc.)Ability to edit short and long form videos with a strong sense of storytellingEye for design, composition & detailKnowledge of AICommunication & OwnershipAbility to curate & organize content effectivelyStrong written and verbalcommunication for contentcreation and story tellingTHINGS YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITHWorking from officeAs of now, we work out of our main location -BangalorePushing the boundariesHave a big idea?
