We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to our growth journey.




Key Responsibilities:


•⁠ ⁠Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase Advito Global’s services and solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to create tailored proposals.

•⁠ ⁠Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain strong client relationships and act as a bridge between the client and internal teams.

•⁠ ⁠Understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to position Advito Global as a market leader.

•⁠ ⁠Provide regular reports on lead status, conversions, and revenue growth to management.





Key Skills & Qualifications:


•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•⁠ ⁠Strong relationship-building ability and a confident, persuasive personality.

•⁠ ⁠Goal-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of digital marketing services like social media, performance marketing, SEO, and automation is a plus.
