Sr. Civil Engineering LeadWe are looking for experienced Sr. Civil Engineering Leads to oversee and manage building and land infrastructure development projects from start to completion.Project Planning & Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site evaluations, and risk assessments to ensure project viability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.Site Management & Supervision:Oversee daily site activities, contractor performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones, adjusting strategies as needed.Ensure technical accuracy and adherence to project design specifications.Coordination & Communication:Facilitate effective communication among architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Organize regular project review meetings to track progress and address concerns.Provide timely updates on project status, delays, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.Quality, Safety & Compliance:Implement robust QA/QC procedures, material testing, and inspection protocols to guarantee quality delivery.Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Verify and approve contractor invoices, ensuring accurate measurements and documentation.Material & Resource Management:Review and approve material requisitions, optimizing inventory management and minimizing waste.Validate material specifications, ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness.Analyze resource utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
