Your expertise in managing complex systems and processes will drive efficiency and effectiveness across service operations.Platform Configuration: Develop and implement technical solutions to optimize platform performance, integrating modules for incident, problem, change, asset, and service catalog management.Automation Workflows: Design and deploy automation workflows to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and improve overall productivity.Process Optimization & Governance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine IT service management processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across service operations.Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including service desk, infrastructure, and application teams, to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Training & Support: Provide expert training and support to end-users and internal teams on IT service management best practices and platform usage.Reporting & Insights: Develop data-driven insights to track key performance indicators (KPIs), SLA adherence, and service performance, analyzing trends to identify opportunities for improvement and reducing ticket resolution time.Innovation & Integration: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate new features and tools to enhance platform capabilities, supporting initiatives around self-service, knowledge management, and AI-driven support.
