Job OverviewThe primary objective of this role is to provide expert-level training services in health and safety protocols.Deliver comprehensive safety trainings that meet the stringent requirements of the processing industry.Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of health and safety practices, with a focus on effective communication and mentoring skills.Be prepared to relocate to various client sites for a minimum duration of 12 months.Key Responsibilities:Maintain exceptional records of participant engagement and stakeholder feedback.Adopt flexible approaches to enhance training objectives at plant level, ensuring adaptability to changing circumstances.Cultivate and develop participants' skills and knowledge to achieve optimal results.Introduce innovative training methods to equip participants with enhanced safety behaviors at the workplace.Requirements and Qualifications:Possession of NEBOSH IGC, ADIS (IT), or IOSH certifications is highly desirable.A minimum of 10 years of experience as a trainer within the health and safety domain.Engineering graduates or science degree holders with professional qualifications from reputable international or domestic boards are preferred.
