Role Overview
This role would be responsible for Leasing, preparing Budget, managing tenants and understanding of commercial, legal and regulatory aspects.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for liaison between the Company and tenants ensuring customer service and tenant satisfaction.
- Driving customer focus within the Noida Parks (Embassy Oxygen and Embassy Galaxy)
- Ensure articulation of the Company's desired image and position and assure consistent communication of the same internally and externally
- Analyses tenant feedback and provides inputs to continuously improves service levels Single point of contact for all internal and external communication
- Leads any special projects as assigned
- Assistance in Leasing — Office and Retail, and working with statutory authorities to meet regulatory requirements
- Managing vacancies and renewals of office and retail leasing
- Supervising the registration process of lease documentation along with Manager — SEZ Overlooking “occupant move-in and move-out” process with coordination from relevant teams
- Prepare Budgets for Noida Parks and track and monitor against same including Opex Project works for cost, schedule, quality and safety.
- Proactive Identification and mitigation of risks
- Co-ordination with Finance, Accounts and Procurement Teams for Cashflow projections, Vendor payments, Compliance Tracking for Opex Projects, SAP implementation, SEZ compliance, Procurement of Goods and Services and its related functions.
- Cross functional coordination
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Ability to build and strengthen partnerships - Engage and collaborate effectively with Clients and service partners (including internal departments)
Quality and process orientation with exposure and experience in implementing quality systems
Awareness and understanding of commercial, legal and regulatory aspects
Hands-on ability to drive and address complex issue in very short span to always ensure business continuity.
