Talent Worx is in search of a passionate and skilled Fullstack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing both the front-end and back-end components of our applications. You will work closely with our design and development teams to deliver a seamless user experience while ensuring the server-side function is robust and efficient.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement user-facing features using modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Develop and maintain back-end services using Java, , or other relevant technologies. Ensure responsiveness and performance of applications across devices and platforms. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and improve the user experience. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software development. RequirementsKey Requirements:3-5 years of experience in fullstack development with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Experience with server-side programming in Java, , or similar technologies. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration practices. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Understanding of Agile software development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
