Job Title: ServiceNow DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules to join our team.The ideal candidate will have expertise in workflow creation, process automation, JSON/structured data handling, and working on AI-driven training data preparation.Create efficient workflows, incidents, cases, SLAs, and request management systems.Develop configurations in CSM, ITSM, HRSD modules for seamless integration.Data Handling & ProcessesAuthor high-quality datasets for AI model training using structured data formats.Conduct thorough SQL-based validation and data analysis to ensure accuracy.Map business processes into ServiceNow enterprise scenarios for effective implementation.Integrations & ScriptingUtilize JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Flow Designer for integrations and scripting.Establish seamless API (REST/SOAP) connections for enhanced functionality.CollaborationWork closely with product managers, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver results-oriented solutions.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies to foster collaboration and innovation.Required Skills & Qualifications4-6 years of ServiceNow experience with a focus on CSM or HRSD.Strong knowledge of workflows, SLAs, cases, and knowledge modules.Excellent JSON authoring and SQL skills with attention to detail.A good understanding of prompt-engineering concepts with the ability to apply them effectively.Preferred QualificationsCSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD certifications.Experience with Agile methodology and its application in software development.Familiarity with preparing AI training data and its integration with ServiceNow.
