Virtual Medical Office AssistantWe are seeking an experienced Virtual Medical Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare support team, you will be responsible for providing virtual administrative and clinical support to providers and care teams.Your primary responsibilities will include:Managing patient data in EHR systems, particularly Point Click CareScheduling patient appointments and follow-upsPreparing and coordinating provider calendars and invoicesOrdering labs and medication refills as directedPreparing reports, trackers, and dashboards in MS Excel and Adobe PDFPreparing credentialing packets for providers and facilitiesMonitoring, sorting, and distributing incoming faxes with accurate documentationManaging shared email inboxesTracking and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and workflowsTo be successful in this role, you will require strong working knowledge of EHR systems, hands-on experience with patient scheduling, and clinical workflows. You must also have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written, grammar proficiency) and proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, trackers) and other productivity tools.You will work collaboratively with physicians and facilities to ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
