The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Cypress, and API testing.Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining automated test frameworks using Java and Cypress for web and API applications.The successful candidate will design, write, and execute test cases and scenarios for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing.API testing expertise is essential, with proficiency in tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar libraries.Collaboration with development and product teams is crucial to understand requirements and identify testing needs.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to debug issues and document testing results effectively.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation testing.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of HTTP, REST, and SOAP protocols.Familiarity with database querying (SQL) to validate backend results.Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.Agile/Scrum development methodologies understanding.Preferred Skills:Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).Cloud services knowledge (e.g., AWS, Azure).
