Job Description

· As a Configuration Analyst, you should have good experience in business operations within the Banking or Financial Services industry with a focus on Fiserv core banking systems.

· You must closely work with vendor towards the business requirements in terms of bank product enhancement and defect fixes.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to communicate tactfully and effectively with business users and team members.

· Should have ability to configure and maintain the Tran and Time products along with their offerings.

· Should have experience in understanding of cycle of banking product, transaction codes and automated renewal functionalities.

· Should have experience on updating the interest rates based on marketing teams promos.


Responsibilities:

· Configure the changes for different mod based on vendor suggestions.

· Have experience on updating product mods for the scheduled interest rates changes.

· Have experience on new product design.


Requirements and Skills:

· At least 4 to 6 years of Financial Services industry experience in a business operations area.

· Work experience in IBM AS400 green screen interface.

· Expertise in writing SQL scripts in DB2 database.

· Should be a team player and excellent communicator.


It would be beneficial to have experience with

· Fiserv core banking applications - Signature.
