Role Description

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Python to lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable web applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions while also mentoring junior developers and driving architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontend Development (React.js)
    • Architect, develop, and maintain advanced user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and modern component libraries (e.g., MUI, Tailwind).
    • Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
    • Integrate frontend with backend services via REST/GraphQL APIs.
    • Implement state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API) effectively.
      • Backend Development (Node.js & Python)
        • Build RESTful and asynchronous APIs using Node.js (Express/Nest.js) and Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django).
        • Design and maintain scalable server-side architecture and microservices.
        • Work with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
        • Develop and implement authentication/authorization protocols (JWT, OAuth2).
        • Manage background tasks and asynchronous workflows (e.g., using Celery with Python).
          • DevOps & Architecture
            • Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and define coding standards.
            • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean).
            • Implement containerization (Docker) and orchestrate services (Kubernetes or Docker Compose).
            • Ensure application security, performance tuning, and API monitoring/logging.
              • Team Collaboration & Leadership
                • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to align technical and business goals.
                • Mentor junior developers and lead by example in writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
                • Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment and support.
                  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
                    • 2–3 years of full stack development experience.
                    • Expert proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Python.
                    • Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and full software development lifecycle.
                    • Proficient in working with Git, Docker, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, REST/GraphQL, and Cloud Services.
                    • Experience in developing scalable microservices and handling high traffic systems.
                    • Solid understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, PyTest, etc.).
                    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
                      • Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills:
                        • Experience with Next.js or Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
                        • Background in machine learning or data engineering using Python.
                        • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
                        • Experience with real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.IO).
