The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that enhances JLL's brand presence across various Digital Marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce engaging visual content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and FacebookCreate graphics, infographics, animations, and short & long video content that align with JLL's brand guidelines and marketing objectivesShort & Long video creation using Canva and Adobe SuiteCollaborate with the social media team to develop creative concepts that support marketing campaigns and initiativesDesign all digital assets for JLL which include but not limited to Social media posts, Videos,Emailers, Banners etc.Adapt designs for different social media platforms and formatsStay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices in designEnsure all designs are on-brand, innovative, and effectively communicate JLL's messageWork closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive social media contentMaintain an organized library of design assets and templatesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field3-5 years of experience in social media design or digital marketing designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects)Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design workExperience with video editing and motion graphics is a plusUnderstanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirementExcellent visual and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of the real estate industry is beneficial but not requiredKey Competencies:Creativity and innovationAttention to detailAdobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects)Time management and ability to meet deadlinesCollaborative team playerAdaptability and willingness to learn Problem-solving skillsLocation: On-site –Gurugram, HRScheduled Weekly Hours: 40Job Tags:JBSIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
